Game 9: Bush (or Austin) -- Homecoming Game

Saturday, October 27:

Clement Rangers celebrate homecoming with a 45-0 victory over Bush!

The Rangers are now 7-0 in the district and 9-0 overall, with one game left in the regular season!

New Receiving Record

During the 10/27/2007 Bush game, Walker Dille caught passes for 104 yards and set a new CHS single-season receiving record of 516 yards, breaking the old record of 488 yards set in 1996 by Bobby Darnell.

Excerpt from Clements seeks perfect season (Houston Chronicle article, prior to this game):

The 8-0 start is the first in school history for the Rangers.

"This start is definitely an important milestone for us and our school," Clements head coach Jeff Hulme said. "We are also happy about the fact that we are headed to the playoffs for three straight years in a row."

Thursday, October 25: JV (combined team) beat Bush 14 - 7 !


Freshman Blue and White

Thursday, October 25: Freshman Blue beat Bush 34 - 0 !  Freshman White lost to Austin's "A" team 0 - 42 .
