Friday, Oct 3: The Rangers lost to Travis 6 - 23.

Travis scored three touchdowns in the 2nd quarter and a field goal in the 4th quarter before the Rangers got on the board with a 17-yard Austin Decell pass to Brian Coffman with 57 seconds left in the game.

JV White

Thursday, Oct 2:

JV White beat Travis 20-0 !

The Clements Rangers defense turned in a dominating performance, and ball control was the order of the night for the Ranger offense in a 20-0 shutout victory. Enough cannot be said about the Ranger defense as Travis did not gain a 1st down until the 4th quarter. While the offense wasn't able to turn in many big plays, they were able to limit the amount of negative plays and dominate the time of possession category. Amanjyot Munday started off the scoring in the 1st half and Anthony Bresina added a touchdown in the 3rd quarter to complete the offense's scoring drives for the night. Taylor Rogers added an interception return for a touchdown.

1st qtr. G.R. Hinsley interception at their 30 yd line. Offense kicked a 25 yd field by Dan Debord. Travis scored from 70 yds out and 2 pt. failed to take 6-3 lead. Clements- big 3rd down run by QB Ethan Caudillo to keep a drive going with Jacolby Berry scoring on a 2 yd blast with 6:44 left in the 2nd qtr and kick good. G.R. Hinsley 2nd interception with 1:31 til half. Ethan Caudillo hit Kurtis Beck for a on a 35 yd gain and the Rangers score with a run by Jacolby Berry with :09 left in the half. Halftime score Clements 16 – Travis 6.

2nd half Clements scored with a 95 yd drive that took 9:26 into the 3rd qtr with a run by Jacolby Berry. Kick failed and Clements took a 22-6 lead.

4th qtr. Max Melvan caught a 3 yds pass and turned it into a 67 yd score with 5:53 left. Dan Debord’s kick was good and the Rangers led 29-6.

The defense played well only allowing one big play and the offense took control of the game in the 2nd half.

Next week the Rangers will face Hightower.
